I've been talking to a lot of people on vBIRC about how to develop a good website and one thing /always/ comes into it and that is customer satisfaction. Simply put, giving the user/customer that they want. After reading all of the stories about vB's fall from fame, and how the leading developers Kier and Mike have left vB for a better future (That future being XenForo [http://xenforo.com/community/]), I've decided that it's about time I started asking people what they want from a website, more particularly my website (http://www.heretic121.com/).
So I'm here to ask everyone that reads this post to give me your ideas and thoughts on what I could do to improve my website and what would keep you coming back time and time again.
I've been given the impression that content is everything but I'd like to know:
These are some of the questions that I feel need to be addressed when creating any online community/website. I will read everyone comments and take onboard any suggestions put forward to me. I just need to know where to start.
I look forward to seeing how many people are interested in having a say about how my website is built, designed, and what content it should contain.

My server is constantly on.
My server is constantly on. The only thing that I have a problem with is that my ISP seems to want to constantly change my IP address. I have set up a PHP script to automatically update my IP with my dyndns.com account so it should keep my IP relatively up-to-date.
